INITIAL DEPOSIT/ADDITIONAL DEPOSITS. Escrow Agent shall receive an initial deposit in the amount set forth in Section 3.1 of the Agreement. Any additional amounts deposited with Escrow Agent shall be added to the initial deposit and together with the initial deposit and all interest and other earnings thereon shall be referred to herein collectively as the “Escrow Fund”.
