Initial Financial Reviews. If your total monthly payroll invoices exceed $600,000 as calculated on the Schedule B, we will require you to provide current year‐to‐date and prior full year financial statements to us. The required financial statements must contain the same information specified in Section 2.B. below. Based on this review, we will determine whether or not security, as described in Section 3 below, will be necessary.

  • Dimensions Education Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 3 years of IT work experience in supporting desktop software and hardware products and problem solving/troubleshooting.

  • NOW, THEREFORE the parties hereto agree as follows:

  • Severability Any provision of this Agreement that is prohibited or unenforceable in any jurisdiction shall, as to such jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of such prohibition or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions hereof, and any such prohibition or unenforceability in any jurisdiction shall not invalidate or render unenforceable such provision in any other jurisdiction.
