Common use of Initial Funding of Trust Clause in Contracts

Initial Funding of Trust. Concurrently with the execution of this Declaration, the Trustee assigns, conveys, transfers, and delivers a lump sum payment of One Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($100.00) to the Trust. The Trust estate shall consist of this initial contribution and any additional contributions in cash or property made to the Trust estate at any time by any Grantor in accordance with the provisions below in Article IV, Grantor Contributions.
