Initial Information Transfer. Within a reasonable period of time after the Effective Date (but in no event later than [ * ] after the Effective Date), the Licensor shall make available or cause to be made available to Alzheon, in a mutually-agreed upon format, (a) the Licensed Data and any other material data included in the Licensed Know-How and (b) other information regarding the Licensed Technology that is [ * ].
