Common use of Initial Loans and Facility Letters of Credit Clause in Contracts

Initial Loans and Facility Letters of Credit. The Lenders shall not be required to make the initial Advances hereunder and the Issuer shall not be required to issue any Facility Letter of Credit hereunder unless the Borrower has furnished the following to the Administrative Agent with sufficient copies for the Lenders and the other conditions set forth below have been satisfied, in each case on or before January 13, 2006:
