Initial Maintenance Service Commitment. Client agrees to purchase maintenance services (“Maintenance”) for the Software for a period of one year following the expiration of the warranty period (the “Maintenance Agreement”). The Maintenance Agreement will automatically renew for one-year periods at MCM’s then current rates, unless canceled by either party by written notice at least 60 days prior to the expiration of the current term of the Maintenance Agreement.
