Common use of Initial Move-in Inspection Clause in Contracts

Initial Move-in Inspection. At the time of initial occupancy, a move-in inspection shall be conducted by a TDHE Representative and the Participant. The Participant may have a representative of his/her choice present at the initial inspection. At the conclusion of the initial inspection, the Participant shall sign an inspection report detailing any deficiencies in the unit.
