[Initial MSF Deposit. At the written request of the Lender, within no later than thirty (30) days from the date of execution of this Agreement, the MSF will transfer funds from the MSF controlled reserve fund associated with the Agreement Michigan Strategic Fund Small Business Capital Access Program agreement between the MSF and the Lender, dated MONTH XX, 20XX, as amended or restated from time to time (“Original MSF CAP Reserve Fund”), to the Reserve Fund as referenced in Section 3.1 of this Agreement. Provided however, the maximum amount that may be transferred by the MSF from the Original MSF CAP Reserve Fund to the Reserve Fund under this Agreement shall not exceed 50% of the balance of the Original MSF CAP Reserve Fund as of the last day of the month preceding the date of this Agreement.   • Initial Deposit On the Closing Date, the Depositor will deposit, or cause to be deposited, the Required Reserve Amount in the Reserve Account according to Section 4.1 of the Exchange Note Sale Agreement.
