Mobile Deposit. The Mobile Deposit feature enables you to use a software application together with your Wireless Access Device to create electronic images of the front and back of certain Original Checks (defined below) and transmit those images and other information, including, without limitation, information captured from the magnetic ink character recognition (“MICR”) line, to us for review and processing in accordance with this Agreement.

Mobile Deposit. Customers enrolled in the Mobile Banking Services who use the mobile banking app on their device can use the Mobile Banking Service to deposit checks to their checking, statement savings, or money market deposit account by sending a clear image of the check to the Bank using the mobile banking app (“Mobile Deposit”). Deposit accounts must be in good standing. Checks must be payable to the accountholder, drawn on a US bank, payable in US currency, and dated within 6 months of the deposit date. Checks may not be drawn on the account to which they are being deposited. All deposits made through Mobile Deposit are considered to be check deposits (not electronic deposits) and are subject to the applicable deposit account agreement. For purposes of the Bank’s funds availability policy, unless you are notified otherwise, checks successfully deposited through Mobile Deposit prior to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time on any business day will be deemed to have been received by the Bank on that business day; checks successfully deposited on or after 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time on any business day or on any day that is not a business day are deemed to have been received by the Bank on the next business day. When you submit a check through Mobile Deposit, you represent and warrant to the Bank that: (a) the image you are submitting accurately represents all of the information on the front and back of the check; (b) the check and all signatures and endorsements on it are accurate and genuine; (c) neither you nor anyone else has deposited or attempted to deposit the check previously to Eastern Bank (through the Mobile Banking Services, at an ATM, by mail, in person at a branch, or in any other manner) or any other depository institution; (d) neither you nor anyone else will re-deposit the check in any manner in the future (except for re-deposits of items that were returned unpaid); (e) you will store the original check securely (so that no other person will have access to it) for two weeks in case more information or a new image is needed, then you will destroy it; and (f) you will provide the original check to us on request (unless you have previously destroyed it in compliance with clause (e) above) to assist us in clearing or collecting the check, resolving third party claims, or for any other business purpose. Mobile Deposit. The Mobile Deposit Service allows you to make deposits of the electronic image of a check or Substitute Check (each an “Item”) to your eligible Accounts by capturing an electronic image of the item with a capture device (such as a camera) on your Mobile Device and submitting images and associated information to us for processing. All terms and conditions of the Mobile Services provided above apply to the Mobile Deposit Service.

Mobile Deposit. By using Mobile Deposit Services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the Mobile Deposit Services Agreement. You may use your access code to verify certain information on your accounts, such as to check current balances, review transaction history, and verify the date and amount of your last deposit. You may also perform certain transactions, including transfers between share accounts, loan payments and withdrawals made from savings accounts for which a check will be mailed to your home. Debit MasterCard® Cards: You may apply for a Debit MasterCard® card, which can be used to make purchases from your designated checking account anywhere MasterCard® is accepted, worldwide. If you only have a savings account, you may only access the ATM network with you Debit MasterCard Card. Mobile Deposit. The Mobile Deposit service is included in the FNB Mobile App and allows eligible Mobile Banking customers to make certain deposits electronically by using a capture device to create an electronic image of a paper check or other paper source document payable only in U.S. Dollars ("Item") by scanning the Item and transmitting it and related data to us. When making a deposit to a qualified First National Bank account, we may also offer you the option, at our sole discretion, to pay a fee to request expedited funds availability (“FNB Xpress Deposit™”) which will provide you with use of unavailable funds deposited through the Mobile Deposit Service.
Mobile Deposit. Following your approval and my acceptance of this Agreement, I am authorized by you to remotely deposit paper checks through Mission Fed Mobile Banking application to my account with you by electronically transmitting you digital images of paper checks. You may revoke or limit access to Mobile Deposit at your discretion. You may change my access to Services, transaction limits, or availability of deposits at any time and without prior notice. I agree to comply with the hardware and software requirements set forth by Mission Fed. Upon receipt of the digital image, you will review the image for acceptability. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, you reserve the right, within your sole and absolute discretion, to accept or reject any item for remote deposit into my Account. I understand that any amount credited to my Account for items deposited using the Service is a provisional credit and I agree to indemnify you against any loss you suffer because of your acceptance of remotely deposited checks.
