Initial Negotiations Session Sample Clauses
The Initial Negotiations Session clause establishes a formal requirement for the parties to meet and discuss the terms of their agreement at the outset of their relationship. Typically, this clause specifies a timeframe within which the session must occur and may outline the topics to be addressed or the representatives who must attend. Its core practical function is to ensure that both parties engage in direct communication early in the process, helping to clarify expectations, identify potential issues, and lay the groundwork for a smoother negotiation and agreement.
