Common use of Initial Order Clause in Contracts

Initial Order. Upon execution of this Agreement, Distributor will deliver to the Company a written purchase order covering 25% ($555,000) of the Year 1 minimum order quantity as described in Schedule 1.2. Two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) of this will be paid by Distributor within 30 days of execution of this Agreement which will be debited against $555,000.
