Common use of Initial Payment Clause in Contracts

Initial Payment. Licensee shall pay, immediately upon executing this Agreement, an amount equal to the License Fee for the first three months of the Term of this Agreement ($1,101,477.00), the Security Deposit ($413,240.69), and the Parking Fees (as defined below) associated with Licensee’s Parking Spaces (as defined below). As such, Licensee shall pay a total of $1,514,717.69, plus the aforementioned Parking Fees, as of the execution of this Agreement.

Initial Payment. Licensee shall pay, immediately upon executing this Agreement, an amount equal to the License Fee for the first three months last month of the Term of this Agreement ($1,101,477.0068,775.00), the Security Deposit ($413,240.69)Deposit, and the Parking Fees (as defined below) associated with Licensee’s Parking Spaces (as defined below). As such, Licensee shall pay a total of $1,514,717.69137,550.00, plus the aforementioned Parking Fees, as of on or before the execution of this Agreement.

Initial Payment. Licensee shall pay, immediately upon executing this Agreement, an amount equal to the License Fee for the first three twelve (12) months of the Term of this Agreement subject to a sixteen percent (16%) discount ($1,289,925.00), the License Fee for the last month of the Term of this Agreement ($1,101,477.00131,807.81), the a Security Deposit (equal to $413,240.69)131,807.81, and the Parking Fees (as defined below) associated with Licensee’s 's Parking Spaces (as defined below). As such, Licensee shall pay a total of $1,514,717.69, 1,553,540.62 plus the aforementioned Parking Fees, as of on or before the execution of this Agreement.

Initial Payment. Licensee shall pay, immediately upon executing this Agreement, an amount equal to the License Fee for the first three months month of the Term of this Agreement ($1,101,477.00200,700.00), the License Fee for the last month of the Term of this Agreement ($225,760.20), the Security Deposit ($413,240.69)Deposit, and the Parking Fees (as defined below) associated with Licensee’s Parking Spaces (as defined below). As such, Licensee shall pay a total of $1,514,717.69652,220.40, plus the aforementioned Parking Fees, as of on or before the execution of this Agreement.

Initial Payment. Licensee shall pay, immediately upon executing this Agreement, an amount equal to the License Fee for the first three months a portion of the Term of this Agreement last month’s license fee ($1,101,477.00347,359.35), and the Security Deposit ($413,240.69354,940.01), and the Parking Fees (as defined below) associated with Licensee’s Parking Spaces (as defined below). As such, Licensee shall pay a total of $1,514,717.69702,299.36, plus the aforementioned Parking Fees, as of on or before the execution of this Agreement.

Initial Payment. Licensee shall pay, immediately upon executing this Agreement, an amount equal to the License Fee for the first three months month of the Term of this Agreement ($1,101,477.0077,253.75),the License Fee for the last month of the Term of this Agreement ($107,125.20), the Security Deposit ($413,240.69)Deposit, and the Parking Fees (as defined below) associated with Licensee’s Parking Spaces (as defined below). As such, Licensee shall pay a total of $1,514,717.69291,504.15, plus the aforementioned Parking Fees, as of on or before the execution of this Agreement.

Initial Payment. Licensee shall pay, immediately upon executing this Agreement, an amount equal to the License Fee for the first three months month of the Term of this Agreement ($1,101,477.00125,343.75), the License Fee for the last month of the Term of this Agreement ($132,977.18), a Security Deposit (equal to $413,240.69)132,977.18, and the Parking Fees (as defined below) associated with Licensee’s Parking Spaces (as defined below).
