Initial Placement Review. Should, within 6 months of initial placement, new employees disagree with their initial step placement, they may review such placement with the appropriate Vice President or delegate, who shall not be the same individual who carried out the initial placement review. At this time employees may submit any additional information that could affect their initial placement.
