Initial Program Plan Clause Samples
The Initial Program Plan clause defines the requirement for the parties to create and agree upon a detailed plan outlining the scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables for a program at the outset of their engagement. Typically, this clause specifies that the plan must be developed collaboratively and approved by both parties before substantive work begins, and may include milestones, resource allocation, and performance metrics.
