Common use of Initial Rent Clause in Contracts

Initial Rent. Tenant shall pay to Landlord as minimum rent for the Property for the first lease year, monthly payments in the amount of SIXTEEN THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($16,000.00), in advance, on or before the 1st day of each month throughout the first lease year.
