Common use of Initial Term; Auto-Renewal Clause in Contracts

Initial Term; Auto-Renewal. This Agreement will commence on the Effective Date and will continue for an initial term of twelve (12) months. Following the expiration of the initial term, and on each anniversary of such date, this Agreement will auto-renew for a renewal term of twelve (12) months unless either party notifies the other in writing of its intent to not renew the Agreement at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the then-current initial term or renewal term, as applicable.
