INITIAL TERM OF AGREEMENT; RENEWAL TERMS. The initial Term of this Agreement shall be for one year commencing on the Effective Date, subject to automatic renewal for one or more additional Terms of one year each commencing immediately upon the end of the initial Term or the then-current renewal Term, as the case may be, unless either party to this Agreement gives a Notice of Non-Renewal to the other party not later than 30 days prior to the end of the initial Term or the then-current renewal Term, as the case may be. In the event that such a Notice of Non-Renewal is given as set forth in this Section 2.1, the Date of Termination will be the last day of the initial Term or the then-current Term, as the case may be.
