Initial Uniform Allotment. Employees shall be issued a full allotment of uniforms and equipment at their initial appointment. Such full allotment shall be as recommended by the Police Chief and approved by the City Manager. Probationary employees with six (6) months or more of service and positive evaluations shall have the below uniform allowance prorated by the months of service. This prorated amount may only be used at the same time as the regular uniform allowance.
