Common use of Initial Visit Clause in Contracts

Initial Visit. Prior to the start of manufacturing, the Purchaser’s quality representative may perform an initial surveillance visit (initial visit) with the Supplier and review the procurement documents and surveillance requirements. During this visit, the Purchaser’s quality representative and the Supplier will review the witness and hold points schedule established by the procurement documents.
