Common use of Initiation of Benefits Coverage Clause in Contracts

Initiation of Benefits Coverage. Newly hired bargaining unit faculty members and their eligible spouse and/or eligible dependents, as applicable, shall be entitled to the benefits provided in this section beginning the first day of the month following their date of hire.
