Initiation of Complaint. Complaints may be initiated at the site, District or Board level. Complaints received at the Board or District level will be forwarded to the appropriate assistant superintendent for resolution at the lowest possible level. It is the intention of all Parties to resolve concerns at the lowest possible level. Complaints against unit members whether initiated at the site level or at the Education Center by a parent, another employee or a member of the community will be called promptly to the unit member's attention and the identity of the complainant will be made known to the unit member.
