Common use of Initiation of Project Requests Clause in Contracts

Initiation of Project Requests. a) When initiating a project request, the CGA shall submit a work request to the Contract, which in turn, the Contractor shall submit a Scope of Work proposal to the CGA Facilities Group and a copy to the Procurement Group. b) The Scope of Work Proposal shall include the following: i. A summary of the specific work summarized by the project phases listed in Section 2.4 of this Contract; ii. The cost for each project phase broken down by the Contractor's fees and any subcontractor fees; and iii. The Duration of each project phase. c) Upon receipt, review, and approval of the Scope of Work proposal, the CGA shall return to the Contractor a Scope of Work Agreement to be signed by both parties. Any purchase orders issued shall be based upon the signed Scope of Work Agreement.
