Common use of Initiation of Withdrawal Clause in Contracts

Initiation of Withdrawal. A withdrawal is considered to have occurred on the earlier of, a) the date the student officially notifies the School of their intent to withdraw, or b) the point at which the student fails to meet the published attendance policies outlined in the school catalog. The refund computation will be based on the last date of student attendance.
