Iniurv Compensation. Any teacher injured while on the job, either on or off the premises, shall be guaranteed full salary for one (1) year. If necessary, the case will be reopened at the end of one (1) year for further consideration by the Board of Education. It shall be the teacher's responsibility to prove that the injury occurred while working. This provision does not cover travel to and from work.
