Injunctions and Damages. Upon the occurrence of any Event of Default hereunder, the District at any time thereafter shall have the right to enjoin such breach and to invoke any right and remedy allowed herein, by law or in equity (except for the right of specific performance), or by statute or otherwise including, without limitation, remedies at law for damages and for reimbursement of expenses to the District in connection with any such action, including reasonable attorney’s fees, costs, and appellate expenses.
