Common use of Injunctive and Equitable Relief Clause in Contracts

Injunctive and Equitable Relief. The Selling Entities agree that the remedy of damages for any breach of Article 9 would be inadequate and that, in the event of any such breach or threatened breach by UNOVA or its Affiliates, the applicable Purchasing Entity shall be entitled to injunctive relief in addition to any other remedy at Law, in equity or under this Agreement to which it may be entitled.
