Common use of Injuries from Lessee's Operations Clause in Contracts

Injuries from Lessee's Operations. Lessee shall save Lessors harmless ----------------------------------- from any and all damages, claims, costs and expenses arising from or growing out of any or all injuries resulting from the operations of Lessee, or in connection therewith, on the Subject Premises and occurring during the life of this Lease except as provided in Article XII herein.
