Common use of Injury or Damage to Person or Property Clause in Contracts

Injury or Damage to Person or Property. If the Prime Contractor suffers injury or damages to person or property because of an act or omission of the Owner, or of any of the Owner's officers, employees or agents, written, sworn-to notice of any claim for damages or injury shall be given as provided in Subparagraph 4.3(a). The notice shall provide sufficient detail to enable the Architect/Engineer and the Owner to investigate the matter.
