Common use of Inktomi Data Protocol Clause in Contracts

Inktomi Data Protocol. Inktomi grants to Customer a nontransferable, nonexclusive license during the Term (as defined below) to use the Inktomi Data Protocol and the Interface Construction Tools solely to create and maintain the Interface to the Inktomi Search Engine for the Site. The license granted hereunder shall include the right to use the Interface Construction Tools or to develop an Interface to the Inktomi Search Engine for use on the Sites.
