Inktomi Data Protocol. Promptly following execution of this Agreement, Inktomi shall provide the Inktomi Data Protocol and the Interface Construction Tools to Customer. Inktomi grants to Customer a nontransferable, nonexclusive license during the Term to use the Inktomi Data Protocol and the Interface Construction Tools solely to create and maintain the Interface to the Inktomi Search Engine for the Site.
