Common use of INLAND WATER REQUIREMENTS Clause in Contracts

INLAND WATER REQUIREMENTS. The Joint Venturers will give to the State not less than six (6) months notice of the estimated amount of water likely to be required for consumption at the mine townsite and also elsewhere within or near the mineral lease in order to enable them to implement their obligations hereunder and of the rate or rates at which the same in each case will be required to be supplied. The said estimated amounts or such other amounts as the parties may agree in that connection are hereinafter called “the Joint Venturers’ inland water requirements”.
