Inquiries Regarding Law Enforcement Operations. All inquiries or complaints received by school personnel regarding interviews, investigations, arrests or other operations conducted by sworn law enforcement officers shall be directed to the appropriate law enforcement agency. This shall apply to inquiries from parents, guardians, the press or any other sources. A school official receiving such an inquiry or complaint shall also notify the appropriate law enforcement agency of the nature of the inquiry or complaint (N.J.A.C. 6A:16-6.3).
