Planned Surveillance. ‌ 7.4.1. Live Streaming Video‌ Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:41-9, if at least one school building of a school district is equipped with video surveillance equipment that is capable of streaming live video wirelessly to a remote location, the board of education and local law enforcement shall enter into a memorandum of understanding which provides the authorities with the capacity to activate the equipment and view the live streaming video. The memorandum of understanding, at a minimum, shall include: 1. A list of designated persons, including contact information, position, rank, and supervisor’s contact information, of those who are authorized to activate the equipment to view the live streaming video. The list may be executed as a confidential attachment to the memorandum of understanding. 2. Description of the circumstances under which the designated individuals could activate and view the live streaming video. 3. A detailed plan for preventing and detecting unauthorized access to live streaming video. In the case of a school building that is located in a municipality in which there is no municipal police department, the board shall enter into a memorandum of understanding with an entity designated by the Superintendent of State Police. In the event that the parties to the memorandum of understanding are unable to reach an agreement regarding any provision required [(1) – (3) above)] , the County Prosecutor shall make the final determination regarding that provision. Nothing in this section shall be construed as requiring installation of video surveillance equipment capable of streaming live video wirelessly to a remote site.

  • Video Surveillance Video surveillance has become a valuable resource for the protection of the Employer’s assets and assuring the safety of its employees. This type of surveillance has proven to be a major deterrent to criminals and we will never know how many thefts and robberies have been prevented. Unfortunately, it is sometimes our own employees who are observed committing criminal acts in our stores. Within the confines of the law, the Employer may use video cameras in almost any part of the store. The vast majority of employees have no need to be concerned and may be assured that common sense and discretion will prevail in choosing who is allowed access to any monitoring equipment or video tapes.

  • Surveillance The COR will receive and document all complaints from Government personnel regarding the services provided. If appropriate, the COR will send the complaints to the Contractor for corrective action.

  • Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.

  • Procurement Planning Prior to the issuance of any invitations to bid for contracts, the proposed procurement plan for the Project shall be furnished to the Association for its review and approval, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines. Procurement of all goods and works shall be undertaken in accordance with such procurement plan as shall have been approved by the Association, and with the provisions of said paragraph 1.

  • Statistical and Market-Related Data Any statistical and market-related data included in the Registration Statement, the General Disclosure Package or the Prospectus are based on or derived from sources that the Company believes, after reasonable inquiry, to be reliable and accurate and, to the extent required, the Company has obtained the written consent to the use of such data from such sources.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Program Monitoring The Contractor will make all records and documents required under this Agreement as outlined here, in OEC Policies and NHECC Policies available to the SRO or its designee, the SR Fiscal Officer or their designee and the OEC. Scheduled monitoring visits will take place twice a year. The SRO and OEC reserve the right to make unannounced visits.

  • Contract Monitoring The criminal background checks required by this rule shall be national in scope, and must be conducted at least once every three (3) years. Contractor shall make the criminal background checks required by Paragraph IV.G.1 available for inspection and copying by DRS personnel upon request of DRS.

  • Statistical and Market Data Nothing has come to the attention of the Company that has caused the Company to believe that the statistical and market-related data included in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus is not based on or derived from sources that are reliable and accurate in all material respects.
