Common use of Insolvency of Vendor Clause in Contracts

Insolvency of Vendor. If the Vendor has a receiver appointed or is placed into liquidation, the Purchaser may terminate this Agreement by written notice to the Vendor and the Purchaser shall be entitled to a full refund of any monies paid, including any deposit paid plus net interest earned on the deposit (if any).
