Insolvency process. (a) A liquidator, administrator, receiver, trustee, sequestrator or similar officer is appointed in respect of all or any part of the assets of any Obligor or any Principal Subsidiary which generates a material part of the revenues of that Obligor or that Principal Subsidiary; or (b) any Obligor or any Principal Subsidiary, by reason of financial difficulties, enters into a composition, assignment or arrangement with any class of its creditors.
