Causes for Early Maturity. Occurrence of each of the following events shall constitute an event of default (each, an “Event of Default”):

Causes for Early Maturity. The parties agree that "Evonik" will be able to terminate early the present contract, if "Molimentales" does not comply with the obligations for which it is liable according to this instrument. "Evonik" may terminate the present agreement in the event that "Molimentales" fails to comply, partially or wholly, with any obligation described in the document herein.
Causes for Early Maturity. Each of the events, facts, or circumstances described below constitutes a Cause for Early Maturity:

  • Interest After Maturity Any amount of the Loans not paid when due, whether at the date scheduled therefor or earlier upon acceleration, shall bear interest until paid in full at a rate per annum equal to the greater of (i) 2.00% in excess of the rate applicable to the unpaid principal amount immediately before it became due, or (ii) 2.00% in excess of the Base Rate in effect from time to time.

  • Automatic Acceleration of Maturity If any Event of Default pursuant to paragraph (e) of Section 7.01 shall occur,
