Inspection and Cleaning Sample Clauses

The Inspection and Cleaning clause establishes the responsibilities and procedures for examining and maintaining the cleanliness of certain premises, equipment, or goods. Typically, it outlines who is authorized to conduct inspections, the frequency or timing of such inspections, and the standards or methods required for cleaning. For example, it may require a tenant to allow periodic inspections by the landlord or mandate that equipment be cleaned to specific industry standards after use. The core function of this clause is to ensure that property or equipment remains in good condition, prevent deterioration or health hazards, and clarify the parties' obligations regarding maintenance and hygiene.
