Common use of Inspection and cure Clause in Contracts

Inspection and cure. Not earlier than 90 (ninety) days prior to Termination but not later than 15 (fifteen) days prior to the effective date of such Termination, the Independent Engineer shall verify, after giving due notice to the Concessionaire specifying the time, date and venue of such verification and/or inspection, compliance by the Concessionaire with the Maintenance Requirements, and if required, cause appropriate tests to be carried out at the Concessionaire's cost for this purpose. Defaults, if any, in the Maintenance Requirements shall be cured by the Concessionaire at its cost and the provisions of Article 35 shall apply, mutatis mutandis, in relation to curing of defects or deficiencies under this Article 34.

Inspection and cure. Defaults, if any, in the Maintenance Requirements shall be cured by the Concessionaire at its cost and the provisions of Article 35 39 shall apply, mutatis mutandis, in relation to curing of defects or deficiencies under this Article 3438.

Defaults, if any, in the Maintenance Requirements shall be cured by the Concessionaire at its cost and the provisions of Article 35 Article22.6 shall apply, mutatis mutandis, in relation to curing of defects or deficiencies under this Article 3423.

Not earlier than 90 (ninety) days prior to Termination but not later than 15 (fifteen) days prior to the effective date of such Termination, the Independent Engineer Expert shall verify, after giving due notice to the Concessionaire specifying of the time, date and venue of such verification and/or inspection, compliance by the Concessionaire with the Maintenance Requirements, and if required, cause appropriate tests to be carried out at the Concessionaire's ’s cost for this purpose. Defaults, if any, in the Maintenance Requirements shall be cured by the Concessionaire at its cost and the provisions of Article 35 33 shall apply, mutatis mutandis, in relation inrelation to curing of defects or deficiencies under this Article 3432.

Inspection and cure. Not earlier than [90 (ninety) )] days prior to Termination but not later than [15 (fifteen) )] days prior to the effective date of such Termination, the Independent Engineer Project Management Agency shall verify, after giving due notice to the Concessionaire Contractor specifying the time, date and venue of such verification and/or inspection, compliance by the Concessionaire Contractor with the Maintenance Requirements, and if required, cause appropriate tests to be carried out at the ConcessionaireContractor's cost for this purpose. Defaults, if any, in the Maintenance Requirements shall be cured by the Concessionaire Contractor at its cost and the provisions of Article 35 32 shall apply, mutatis mutandis, in relation to curing of defects or deficiencies under this Article 3431.

Defaults, if any, in the Maintenance Requirements shall be cured by the Concessionaire at its cost and the provisions of Article 35 33 shall apply, mutatis mutandis, in relation to curing of defects or deficiencies under this Article 3432.

Defaults, if any, in the Maintenance Requirements shall be cured by the Concessionaire at its cost and the provisions of Article 35 30 shall apply, mutatis mutandis, in relation to curing of defects or deficiencies under this Article 3429.

Defaults, if any, in the Maintenance Requirements shall be cured by the Concessionaire at its cost and the provisions of Article 35 33 shall apply, mutatis mutandis, in relation inrelation to curing of defects or deficiencies under this Article 3432.

Defaults, if any, in the Maintenance Requirements shall be cured by the Concessionaire at its cost and the provisions of Article 35 39 shall apply, mutatis mutandis, in relation to curing of defects or deficiencies under this Article 3438.

Defaults, if any, in the Maintenance Requirements shall be cured by the Concessionaire at its cost and the provisions of Article 35 39 shall apply, mutatis mutandis, in relation to curing of defects or deficiencies under this Article 3436.

Inspection and cure. Not earlier than 90 (ninety) days prior to before Termination but not later than 15 (fifteen) days prior to before the effective date of such Termination, the Independent Engineer Authority shall verify, after giving due notice to the Concessionaire specifying of the time, date and venue of such verification and/or inspectionverification, compliance by the Concessionaire with the Maintenance Requirements, and if required, cause appropriate tests to be carried out at the Concessionaire's ’s cost for this purpose. Defaults, if any, in the Maintenance Requirements shall be cured by the Concessionaire at its cost and the provisions of Article 35 shall apply, mutatis mutandis, in relation to curing of defects or deficiencies under this Article 34.

Inspection and cure. Not earlier than 90 (ninety) days prior to before Termination but not later than 15 (fifteen) days prior to before the effective date of such Termination, the Independent Engineer Engineer-in- Charge shall verify, after giving due notice to the Concessionaire specifying the time, date and venue of such verification and/or inspection, compliance by the Concessionaire with the Maintenance O&M Requirements, and if required, cause appropriate tests to be carried out at the Concessionaire's cost for this purpose. Defaults, if any, in the Maintenance O&M Requirements shall be cured by the Concessionaire at its cost and the provisions of Article 35 27 shall apply, mutatis mutandis, in relation to curing of defects or deficiencies under this Article 3426.

Inspection and cure. Not earlier than 90 (ninety) days prior to before Termination but not later than 15 (fifteen) days prior to the effective date of such Termination, the Independent Engineer Supervision Committee shall verify, after giving due notice to the Concessionaire specifying of the time, date and venue of such verification and/or inspectionverification, compliance by the Concessionaire with the Maintenance Requirements, and if required, cause appropriate tests to be carried out at the Concessionaire's cost for this purpose. Defaults, if any, in the Maintenance Requirements shall be cured by the Concessionaire at its cost and the provisions of Article 35 37 shall apply, mutatis mutandis, in relation to curing of defects or deficiencies under this Article 3436.
