Common use of Inspection and Removal Clause in Contracts

Inspection and Removal. For the purposes of any Records Review, the Province may take one or more of the following actions: (a) inspect and copy any records and documents referred to in section A7.3 (Record Maintenance); and (b) remove any copies the Province makes pursuant to section A7.5(a).
