Inspection and Technical Audit by the Authority. The Authority or any representative authorised by the Authority in this behalf may inspect and review the progress and quality of the construction of Works and issue appropriate directions to the Authority Engineer and the Contractor for taking remedial action in the event the Works are not in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
