Common use of Inspection and Testing by Landlord Clause in Contracts

Inspection and Testing by Landlord. At reasonable times during the term of this Lease, Landlord may inspect the Premises and conduct tests to determine whether Tenant is in compliance with the provisions of this Article 16. Except in case of emergency, Landlord shall give reasonable notice to Tenant before conducting any inspections or tests. Tenant shall pay the cost of any inspections or tests that discloses any violation by Tenant or Tenant Parties of the terms and provisions of Article 16.
