Common use of Inspection at Source Clause in Contracts

Inspection at Source. ORBCOMM reserves the right to request Government Inspection at source. In the event this right is exercised, Orbital shall make all necessary arrangements with the appropriate Government Agency for such inspection and shall promptly furnish ORBCOMM with the resultant inspection certificate(s); and
