Common use of INSPECTION BY ADMINISTRATIVE AGENT Clause in Contracts

INSPECTION BY ADMINISTRATIVE AGENT. Upon reasonable prior notice to Borrower, Administrative Agent, its employees and agents, may from time to time (whether before or after the commencement of a nonjudicial or judicial foreclosure proceeding) enter and inspect the Property for the purpose of determining the existence, location, nature and magnitude of any past or present release or threatened release of any Hazardous Materials into, onto, beneath or from the Property.

INSPECTION BY ADMINISTRATIVE AGENT. Upon reasonable prior notice to Borrower, Administrative Agent, its employees and agents, may from time to time (whether before or after the commencement of a nonjudicial or judicial foreclosure proceeding) enter and inspect the Property and Improvements for the purpose of determining the existence, location, nature and magnitude of any past or present release or threatened release of any Hazardous Materials into, onto, beneath or from the PropertyProperty and Improvements.

Upon reasonable prior notice to BorrowerBorrower and subject to the rights of tenants, Administrative Agent, its employees and agents, may from time to time (whether before or after the commencement of a nonjudicial or judicial foreclosure proceeding) enter and inspect the Property for the purpose of determining the existence, location, nature and magnitude of any past or present release or threatened release of any Hazardous Materials into, onto, beneath or from the Property.

INSPECTION BY ADMINISTRATIVE AGENT. Upon reasonable prior notice to Borrower, Administrative Agent, its employees and agents, may from time to time (whether before or after the commencement of a nonjudicial or judicial foreclosure proceeding) enter and inspect the Property any Property, at a time mutually acceptable to Administrative Agent and Borrower, and, if requested by Borrower, accompanied by a representative of Borrower, for the purpose of determining the existence, location, nature and magnitude of any past or present release or threatened release of any Hazardous Materials into, onto, beneath or from the such Property.

INSPECTION BY ADMINISTRATIVE AGENT. Upon reasonable prior notice to BorrowerBorrower and subject to the rights of tenants under their leases, Administrative Agent, its employees and agents, may from time to time (whether before or after the commencement of a nonjudicial or judicial foreclosure proceeding) enter and inspect the Property for the purpose of determining the existence, location, nature and magnitude of any past or present release or threatened release of any Hazardous Materials into, onto, beneath or from the Property.
