Common use of Inspection by Grantor Clause in Contracts

Inspection by Grantor. During the Term of Agreement, Grantor may inspect Grantee’s premises, accounting records, property records, and other records, to monitor Xxxxxxx’s performance of the work and expenditures of the grant funds. Grantor further has the right to make a visual inspection of any assets purchased or constructed with grant funds.
