Inspection by Property Owner. The Property Owner, at its sole cost and expense, shall conduct annual inspections of all permanent installed BMPs per the Plan. The annual inspection report shall include completion of the checklist described in the approved Stormwater Control Operation and Maintenance Plan. The BMPs must be inspected by a qualified independent inspector who is acceptable to the City. The Property Owner shall submit the Inspection Report on these BMPs to the City Engineer no later than July 15th of each year.
