Common use of Inspection; Confidentiality Clause in Contracts

Inspection; Confidentiality. (a) Buyer shall have inspected the Assets prior to transfer. Buyer agrees that it will, and will cause its Representatives to continue to treat all information so obtained from Seller as "Confidential Information" under the MSA. (b) Notwithstanding Section 4.1(a) and the information provided to Buyer after the date hereof, Buyer hereby acknowledges that it has made its own determinations with respect to the Assets and the Assumed Liabilities and acknowledges and agrees that the Asset are sold "as is", without any further warranty.
