Inspection Costs Borne by Customer. All costs and expenses incurred by Customer or its consultants or agents in the performance of its inspection rights under this Article 9 (Acceptance Inspection For Deliverable Items Other Than Satellite), including travel and living expenses, shall be borne solely by Customer.
