Common use of Inspection/Documentation Clause in Contracts

Inspection/Documentation. COR or designated representative shall inspect and approve surface preparation prior to application of coatings. COR or designated representative shall inspect and approve each coating application. Contractor shall obtain a certification from the manufacturer’s authorized technical representative, confirming coating application was applied correctly and that the manufacturer’s warranty is upheld. Submit the certification to the COR.
