Safety Precautions. Resident acknowledges that neither Owner nor any of its agents, employees or representatives has made any representations or warranties, either written or oral, concerning the safety of the Property, the bedroom space or any apartment, or the effectiveness or operability of any security devices or safety, health or security measures at the Property, the bedroom space or any apartment. Resident acknowledges that Owner neither warrants nor guarantees the safety or security of residents or their Guests against any criminal or wrongful acts of third parties. Resident and his or her Guests are responsible for protecting their own respective person and property and hereby release Owner and its agents, employees and representatives for any and all damage to person and property. Owner’s safety measures are neither a warranty of safety nor a guaranty against crime or of a reduced risk of crime. Resident acknowledges that security devices or measures may be changed or removed by Owner without notice or compensation, and/or may fail or be thwarted by criminals or by electrical or mechanical malfunctions. Therefore, Resident acknowledges that he or she should not rely on such devices or measures and should take steps to protect himself or herself and his or her existing property notwithstanding these devices. Resident agrees to immediately notify Owner’s representative of any malfunctions involving locks and life-safety building components. Should Resident become seriously injured or imperiled at the Property, Resident authorizes Owner and its agents to call 911 Emergency at Resident’s expense, without legal obligation to do so.

Safety Precautions. The Contractor shall comply with the rules and regulations of OSHA and the Department of Labor (O.C.G.A. Section §34-2-6), and, where not inconsistent with the foregoing, the "Manual of Accident Prevention in Construction" issued by the Associated General Contractors of America, Inc., for safety and prevention of accidents, and shall maintain an accurate record of all cases of death, occupational disease, and injury requiring medical attention or causing loss of time from work arising out of and in the course of employment on work under the Contract. The Contractor alone shall be responsible for the safety, efficiency, and adequacy of his plant, appliances, and methods, and for any damage that may result from their improper construction, maintenance, or operations. He shall erect and properly maintain at all times, as required by the conditions and progress of the Work, proper safeguards for the protection of workers and the public and shall post danger warnings against any hazards created by the construction operations. The Contractor shall designate a responsible member of his organization, normally the superintendent, whose duty shall be the prevention of accidents.
Safety Precautions. The District expects the Contractor, its subcontractors, and their employees to comply with all of the District’s COVID-19 Safety Procedures and Policies, including, but not limited to mask requirements, temperature taking and symptom tests, and social distancing practices, as may be implemented by the District from time to time, with the exclusion of those policies related to how District employees report COVID-19 concerns to the Risk Management and Human Resources departments. Copies of the District's current COVID-19 Procedures and Policies are attached and may be revised in the future as COVID- 19 conditions changes.
Safety Precautions. The Company shall, at its own cost and expense, undertake all necessary and appropriate efforts to prevent accidents at its work sites, including the placing and maintenance of proper guards, fences, barricades, security personnel and suitable and sufficient lighting.

Contractor shall take all reasonable precautions for the safety of, and shall provide all reasonable protection to avoid damage, injury or loss as a result of Contractor's or any Subcontractor's performance of the Work to: (i) all persons employed by Owner, Contractor, Subcontractors and Lower-tier Subcontractors in connection with the Work or Owner (whether in the performance of their obligations hereunder or otherwise) and all other persons who may be affected by the performance of the Work or any of such persons; (ii) all supplies used in connection with the Plant or the Work and all materials and Equipment to be incorporated into the Plant, whether in storage on or off the Plant Premises, and whether under the care, custody or control of Owner, Contractor, any Subcontractor or Lower-tier Subcontractors; and (iii) other physical property at the Plant Premises or adjacent thereto, including trees, shrubs, lawns, walks, pavements, roadways, structures and utilities not designated for removal, relocation or replacement in the course of construction hereunder. Safety Precautions. No person shall without the permission of the Marine Manager — (1) embark upon or land from any vessel occupying any berth and carrying passengers except by a gangway provided for the purpose; (2) embark upon or land from any vessel while such vessel is berthing or unberthing and is in motion; or (3) clamber on or about the structure of any wharf below the deck‑level, or upon or about any shed, crane, conveyor, loading equipment, hoist or cargo placed on such wharf or any property of or under the control of the Company.

Safety Precautions. The Contractor shall comply with the Occupational Safety and Health Act, the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, and all rules and regulations relating thereto. Contractor warrants and represents that it is thoroughly familiar with the safety requirements with regard to scaffolding set forth in O.C.G.A. § 34-1-1, the requirements concerning blasting or excavating near underground gas pipes and utility facilities contained in O.C.G.A. § 25- 9-1, et seq., and the High Voltage Safety Act, O.C.G.A. § 46-3-30, et seq., and that the Work shall be prosecuted in complete accord with all limitations and requirements set forth in these, and other applicable, laws. The contractor’s operation of the jobsite shall be consistent with the provisions of the “Manual of Accident Prevention in Construction” issued by the Associated General Contractors of America, Inc., and shall maintain an accurate record of all cases of death, occupational disease, and injury requiring medical attention or causing loss of time from work arising out of and in the course of employment on the Work. The Contractor alone shall be responsible for the safety, efficiency, and adequacy of its plant, appliances, and methods and for any damage which may result from their improper construction, maintenance, or operation.
