Inspection, measuring, and test equipment. 7.11.1 The supplier shall ensure all inspection, measuring and testing equipment is qualified at defined frequencies. Records shall be maintained for all gauges, measuring and testing equipment including:  Equipment identification and calibration standard  Any out-of-specification readings  Impact assessment for out-of-specification condition  Statements of conformity after calibration or verification 7.11.2 The supplier shall notify Xxxxxx Scientific of potential suspect product when an out-of-calibration condition is detected after production launch. The supplier shall take appropriate actions to prevent further use of discrepant product at Xxxxxx Scientific. All suspect products at the supplier must be identified and quarantined. Refer to section 7.18 Non-Conforming Product for additional information. 7.11.3 Computer software and its application shall be verified and documented on a regular basis when used for monitoring or measuring product conformity.
